Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Marketing RAMP LLC ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the RAMP AI platform and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. Data Sharing

We share information with:

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain workspace content and account data for as long as your account is active. Following cancellation or deactivation, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation or assisted export. After that period, we delete or anonymize data from our active systems, except as required by law or for legitimate business-continuity needs (e.g., backups, fraud prevention).

Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise these rights, email support@theramp.ai. We may request information to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, however, and you use the Services at your own risk. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

7. International Transfers

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to that transfer.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information may contact support@theramp.ai.

9. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review them carefully before connecting any account.

10. Connected platforms: what we access, and why

When you connect a third-party account, RAMP AI accesses only what the features you use require, and only for your own workspace. Data from one workspace is never used to serve another. We do not sell data obtained from any connected platform, and we do not use it for advertising.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

If you connect Meta, we store an encrypted access token for the account that authorised us, the Facebook Page you select for publishing (its identifier and name), the Instagram business account linked to that Page where one exists, and — for workspaces using ad reporting — the ad account identifier and the performance figures we cache for your reports. We use this to show your Page and advertising performance inside your workspace, and to publish posts you explicitly ask an AI agent to publish, to the Page you chose. We do not read your personal profile, your friends, or your messages. Disconnecting in Settings → Integrations deletes the stored token and Page selection outright; see Deleting your data.

Google user data

If you connect Google, we may access analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, calendar, Gmail and Drive data, depending on the features your workspace uses and the permissions you grant. We use it only to provide those features to you inside your own workspace.

RAMP AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the RAMP AI interface; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; we do not sell it; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent for specific messages, where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and de-identified. We do not use Google user data to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Other integrations

The same principles apply to every other platform you connect — advertising, analytics, CRM, accounting, calendar, time tracking and project management: least access needed for the feature, used only for your workspace, deleted when you disconnect.

11. Deleting your data

You can disconnect any connected platform yourself at any time in Settings → Integrations, which immediately and permanently deletes the credentials and account selections we hold for it. You can also ask us to delete specific personal information, or your entire workspace. Full step-by-step instructions, including how to remove RAMP AI from Facebook, are at theramp.ai/data-deletion.html. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (email or in-app) with at least 30 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
